Skills and attributes we look for
- Experience operating commercial grounds maintenance equipment, with current training certificates
- Full driving licence with the ability to tow
- Tractor driving skills
- Correct use of hand-held power tools such as strimmers, hedge cutters and leaf blowers
- A PA2 / PA6 spray certificate
- A good understanding of grounds maintenance plant and equipment
- Able to work in a team, make decisions and take charge of a work team
